ON HOLD
Dear Community Members,
As of today(11/13/20) ALL classes/privates will be on hold until Nov. 30th due to the Governor's executive orders.
In an effort to help protect our community we are putting ALL monthly memberships on hold while the governor’s order is in effect (11/13 - 11/30). In an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID19 novel coronavirus, we are sending out this advisory message to help share updates on our scheduling moving forward and to help our community react to significant changes in our daily lives and routines.
Be safe, keep calm and jump on! Thank you for your patronage and support.

COVID SAFETY MEASURES
WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE MEANTIME:
Wash your hands frequently with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds. Think you’re doing it right? Double check with this refresher.
Use hand sanitizer if hand washing facilities are not available.
Be diligent about disinfecting touched surfaces frequently.
Practice “social distancing” - keep ~6ft between you and other people when possible
Avoid touching your face - The virus can enter the body through the eyes, nose or mouth so try to avoid touching your face with unwashed hands after coming in contact with other surfaces.
Cough into an elbow or a tissue - Cover coughs with a tissue or cough into an elbow. Dispose of tissues in the trash immediately. Wash clothing into which you cough.
STAYING HEALTHY
While it is important to make sure that we limit contact with other people to help slow down the rate of infection within the larger community, we also realize that staying active and maintaining our own health during this time helps us to be better able to fight infection, so now is a time to make extra sure to:
Eat a healthy diet
Get a good night’s sleep
Try to keep stress levels down
BE STRONG TO BE USEFUL
As one of the core tenets of our discipline and community, we want to make sure that we use our strength and resources to help each other. Many of our team, neighbors, and community members may need a helping hand during these trying times, so let us know if there are ways that we can help (both as a company and as a wider community).
Some immediate ways to help:
Check your environment - Make sure that any elderly, handicapped, or solitary neighbors have access to basic requirements and have someone to call in case of distress.
Support local businesses! If you want them to be here after this is all over, reconsider before you stop memberships or services, many businesses will be struggling to stay afloat during this time.
Stay positive & stay smart - Fake and/or bigoted information can travel quickly in difficult situations, make sure to check your sources.
Ask for help if you need it! We are a strong and caring community and we can work together to make sure that we watch each other’s backs. A small favor or gesture can make a huge difference.
Have suggestions? Let us know what we can be doing to help in the larger community!
Train hard, train smart, and stay healthy,
-The PkGen Las Cruces Team
