Designed for practitioners of all experience and fitness levels!
(ages 14-60+) Classes include instruction in the basic movements and techniques of parkour, as well as conditioning and strengthening exercises and drills designed to improve general fitness.

Kids/Homeschool Classes

Designed for children ages 6-13 yr of all experience and fitness levels! Classes include Instruction in the basic movements and techniques of parkour, as well as fun games and challenges, and exercises and drills designed to improve general fitness.
